15 Ways to Practice Self Love

  1. Meditate.

  2. Get a massage or organize a spa day for yourself.

  3. Leave room in your schedule to work out.

  4. Take a mental health day from work and check some things off of your personal to do list.

  5. Reserve 10 minutes in the middle of each day for “me time”. Use it to take a breath, meditate (again), stretch, make a personal phone call, etc. 

  6. Take a bubble bath.

  7. Create a list of things you love about yourself. Hang it in a space where you will be reminded about it on a regular basis.

  8. Take a day to do some cleaning. Less clutter means less stress. Plus, for many people, the act of cleaning and organizing helps to calm them down. Throw on your favorite podcast or artist and get to work! 

  9. Pick up a new hobby or re-engage with an old one.

  10. Wear a fancy outfit for no particular reason. 

  11. Create a gratitude journal and write in it every morning or evening. Revisit the things you are grateful for often. 

  12. Spend money on yourself. Because you deserve it. 

  13. Sleep in. Or go to bed early.

  14. Indulge in a guilty pleasure.

  15. Fully accept yourself for who you are at this moment in your life.
